About
Duskwick Play started as a group chat between a few friends who kept arguing about which games were worth the storage space. At some point the arguments got long enough that we decided to write them down, and the writing turned into this site.,We are independent. Nobody pays us to like a game, and we don't run a scoreboard of marketing points. When we review something, one of us has actually finished a decent chunk of it on a phone that isn't brand new, because that's the device most people own.,Games get chosen in a simple way. We pick titles that readers ask about, things that are quietly popular, and the occasional oddball we stumble into. Genre doesn't matter much to us — a good racing game and a slow adventure can both earn a spot.,Everything you read is our opinion after real play sessions. We talk about controls, how hot the phone gets, how the battery holds up, and whether the thing is still fun after the first hour.
