Simulation
Pocket Harbor
★★★★☆ 4.0
Pocket Harbor is a slow, satisfying building sim. You manage a little coastal town, route fishing boats, upgrade docks, and keep your townsfolk happy. It runs on a gentle loop of plan, wait, collect, and improve, with no aggressive timers pushing you around.
The layout is clean and the drag-to-place controls are forgiving, which matters when you're arranging buildings on a small screen. You can zoom and pan smoothly, and the game remembers your last view when you return.
It sips battery and runs cool, since nothing much moves at high speed. It's an ideal background game — the kind you check a few times a day between other things.
What we liked
- Relaxed, timer-free progression
- Forgiving drag-and-place building
- Very low battery and heat footprint
